By accessing and using CosmicTao ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CosmicTao provides AI-powered Bazi (八字) horoscope analysis and I-Ching divination readings. The Service generates interpretive content using artificial intelligence based on traditional Chinese metaphysical systems. All readings are generated for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Points & Payments

Points are a virtual currency used within the Service. Points are purchased through Dodo Payments and are non-refundable once consumed for report generation. Unused points remain in your account indefinitely. We reserve the right to adjust pricing and point values at any time with prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and visual assets on CosmicTao are the property of CosmicTao or its licensors. AI-generated reports are licensed to the purchasing user for personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell generated content for commercial purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

CosmicTao and its operators shall not be held liable for any decisions made based on the Service's readings or interpretations. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you have paid in the preceding 12 months.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CosmicTao operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
